Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who is this service for?
My services are designed for ambitious applicants targeting top MBA programs in Europe — including INSEAD, LBS, Oxford, Cambridge, IE, HEC, and more. I work especially well with candidates from non-traditional backgrounds or those who feel unsure if their profile is “good enough.”
2. Do I need a perfect GPA or GMAT/GRE to work with you?
Not at all. I got into Cambridge with an average GPA and a 320 GRE. Admissions committees look at your full story — not just your stats. If you’re clear about your goals and willing to work, we can position your application for success.
3. You’re much more affordable than other admissions consultants — why?
Great question. I run Bluechip Admit Lab as a side project alongside my full-time role at Novartis because I genuinely enjoy helping ambitious people get into top MBA programs. Unlike big admissions firms, I don’t have overhead costs, employees, or subcontractors — I work directly with every client myself. I also limit my intake to no more than 3 candidates at a time, so I can give each one the attention they deserve. This allows me to keep pricing fair while delivering high-quality, personalized support.
4. What exactly is included in the Complete Application Support package?
This end-to-end service covers:
School selection strategy
Personal story & positioning
Essay brainstorming and unlimited editing
CV review and refinement
Interview preparation and mock sessions
You’ll get personalized guidance from start to finish — no templates, no outsourcing.
5. Can I book just one session to get feedback on my profile?
Yes. My Profile Review & Strategic Positioning session is perfect if you want honest, expert input on where you stand, how to improve, and how to position yourself for target schools. It’s a great first step — no commitment beyond that.
6. How does Interview Coaching work?
Each session is tailored to the specific school and format — whether it's INSEAD’s video questions, LBS’s team-based interview, or a standard behavioral Q&A. We do a mock interview, then I provide structured feedback to help you refine and deliver your story with impact.
7. How many schools should I apply to?
It depends on your goals, timeline, and profile strength. Most clients apply to 2–3 programs. We’ll discuss your options and resources to build a smart, balanced school list.
8. Do you offer help with scholarships or post-MBA planning?
Yes — I can advise on scholarship essays, funding strategy, and how to align your MBA with long-term goals. I’ve helped clients land partial and full scholarships based on strong positioning and timing.
9. How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are conducted online (Zoom or similar), making them flexible and easy to schedule — no matter where you are in the world.
10. Why should I work with you and not a big admissions consulting firm?
With me, you get direct, personalized attention from someone who’s walked the path — with degrees from Yale and Cambridge, and a corporate career at Novartis. No junior consultants, no cookie-cutter advice — just honest, high-quality guidance tailored to your story.
